100% medical fabric inspection and mapping is required for many products. Our environmentally controlled and monitored facilities are available when needed for specific applications. Depending on the product, post-production inspection may be conducted in validated cleanrooms.
Secant Medical also uses a variety of mechanical and materials testing to support its broad range of Research and Development and Production work. Testing is conducted in accordance with established standards such as ASTM or custom procedures developed with our customers.
A combination of visual, microscopic and dimensional inspection procedures is applied in compliance with product specifications, inspection procedures and Secant Medical’s Quality system. Visual standards developed with our customers ensure standardized inspection procedures.
