The Emerging Technologies team at Secant Medical® focuses on the future of medical implants. Comprised of chemical engineers, biochemists and microbiologists, our team is exploring the potential of emerging biopolymer materials as well as advanced extrusion, coating and design techniques to develop precision-engineered biomedical structures and technologies for our clients.
Our analytical lab provides a variety of in-house capabilities, including scanning electronic microscopy, infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis.
